Terms of participation

1. Purpose

The participation contract covers taking part in an intensive boxing camp held in Kazakhstan, in Shymkent, at the Ilias Boxing Academy gym.

The camp lasts 14 nights from the first day of the camp. The exact dates are those of the session chosen at booking; they are stated on the signed contract.

2. What's included

Throughout the camp, the organiser provides the participant with:

• Training: two boxing sessions a day.
• Meals: three meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
• Lodging: on-site accommodation (in the boxing gym) for 14 nights from the first day of the camp.
• Transfer: pick-up at the arrival airport in Kazakhstan.
• Activity: a horseback ride during the camp.

3. What's not included

• The flight.
• Insurance.

4. Price and payment

The total cost of the camp is 1300 euros (one thousand three hundred euros). The participant chooses between two payment options:

• Option A — single payment: €1300 paid at booking.
• Option B — two payments: a €500 deposit at booking, which confirms and holds the spot, then the €800 balance paid no later than 30 days before the camp starts.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Refund conditions are strictly as follows:

• Option A — cancelling more than 30 days before the camp starts: the organiser refunds €800. The remaining €500 covers booking and organisation costs.
• Option A — cancelling less than 30 days before the camp starts: no refund is possible.
• Option B — unpaid balance: if the €800 is not paid at least 30 days before the camp starts, the participant loses their spot and cannot recover the deposit.

6. Liability

Acceptance of risk: the participant acknowledges that boxing is a combat sport carrying an inherent risk of physical injury. By signing the contract, they declare being in good physical condition to take part in intensive training and related activities.

Waiver of liability: the organiser cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or bodily, material or moral damages suffered by the participant.

7. Registration and signature

The form on this site is an application, not a booking. The organiser contacts every applicant to finalise their registration.

A spot is only definitively booked once the participation contract is signed and the deposit or full payment is made.

8. Minors

A minor's participation requires written parental consent. The contract is then signed by their legal guardian.
